This Agreement entered into this ____ day of ______________ ,20__ by and between
Head Acres/(d.b.a.) Cranial Development Corporation
and: ________________________________________________________________ (”Tenant”)
Witnessed: That for the consideration of lease payments and covenants adherence on the part of the Tenant, the Owner leases to the Tenant, and the Tenant hires from the Owner, for residential, commercial, illegal, legal, or artistic use, the premises known as

Lease payment $_10_________ is due in advance for the time period of June 1 2007 – June 30 2007. Extensions may be available

The Tenant further agrees:

1. Portions of said premises may be sublet
2. The production or purchase of utilities is the responsibility of the tenant.
3. The construction of structures is the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise contracted.
4. Head Acres is not responsible for and cannot be held liable for damage to structures suffered during normal activities.
5. The first tenant to rent on a new street has the right and responsibility of naming said street.
6. All disputes shall be settled between community members in a civilized manner.
7. Head Acres will make every attempt to make the land available for physical inspection and maintenance. Communication with other community members and the management can be made online at: http://burgertech.com/wordpress/

All representations are expressed herein. Owner, however, reserves the right, and Tenant agrees to extend the right to Owner, to make reasonable rules and regulations in addition to the present covenants and rules which, in the Owner’s judgment, may become necessary.
